5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1. We ship to Mexico, USA & Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

5.2. Delivery times vary based on the buyer’s location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.).

5.3. In the event of damage during transport, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

6.1. Due to the unique nature of the artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of verified damage during shipping.

6.2. If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must provide photos of the damage and the original packaging within the specified timeframe for evaluation. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.
